A bit about me
Hi, I'm Stuart, the person behind Horizons Design. After spending 20 years in IT running large systems and solving technical problems, I've shifted focus to helping local small businesses build better websites and feel confident managing the tech behind them.
My technical background means I understand hosting, security, performance, and digital tools - not just design. So when something breaks or you’re unsure what to do next, you’re not left figuring it out alone.
My clients see me as their small business tech partner - someone they can ask about websites, email, booking systems or digital tools without the jargon.
I've also done freelance web work for design agencies and recently completed a Digital Marketing course. Now I'm combining all of that to offer local businesses proper web design with reliable, ongoing tech help.
