Small Business Tech Partner

Friendly, jargon-free support for the digital side of your business

Your Go-To Digital Partner for Everyday Tech

Feeling tired of Googling solutions, watching tutorials, or getting stuck trying to figure out digital tools on your own? You’re not alone. Most small business owners just want things to work – without wasting hours troubleshooting or second-guessing decisions.

Whether it’s your website, business email, booking systems, newsletters, integrations, or other online platforms, there’s always something that needs setting up, improving, or simply making sense of. Often the hardest part is knowing where to start.

That’s where I come in. As your Small Business Tech Partner, I help you make confident digital decisions without jargon or overwhelm. Whether you need advice choosing the right tool, help setting something up properly, or someone you can simply ask questions, you’ve got a reliable expert in your corner.

This service is ideal if you already have a website but need ongoing guidance, improvements, or support – without committing to a full redesign.

How Tech Partner Support Works

Keeping things simple is the goal.

1. Ask for Help

Send an email whenever you need help or advice. Whether it’s choosing a tool, fixing something, or improving your workflow, we’ll start there.

2. Advice or Hands-On Setup

Sometimes you just need guidance. Other times I’ll jump in and set things up for you. I always explain what’s happening clearly so you feel confident moving forward.

3. Time Tracking & Simple Billing

Time is tracked in small increments and invoiced monthly once you reach your agreed threshold – or rolled over if usage is light. No complicated contracts or retainers required.

4. Ongoing Partner Support

As your business grows, you’ve got someone who already understands your setup and can help you move faster without reinventing the wheel.

“It’s been a real godsend to have Stu helping me with the tech side of my business – from business card design and email setup to website support and beyond.”

As well as being brilliantly knowledgeable, he’s always super friendly, calm and efficient, explaining everything clearly, without jargon, and never making me feel out of my depth, despite my lack of ‘techie-ness’.

Knowing I have someone so responsive and supportive on my side whenever I need help has felt like a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. So thank you Stu!”

Common Tech Partner Questions

Is this the same as IT support?
Not exactly. The main focus of this service is websites, online tools, email systems, and digital workflows that help your business run smoothly. It isn’t traditional IT support or hardware repair. That said, if we’re already working together and you run into a general IT issue – like a printer problem or something technical that’s slowing you down – I’ll always help if I can. The goal is to keep your business running smoothly, and that’s what a good tech partner is there for.

Do I need to be one of your web design clients?
Not at all. Many clients start with tech support and later choose to work with me on their website.

Can you recommend tools for my business?
Yes – helping you choose the right tools is a big part of this service.

Can you set things up for me?
Yes – I can advise, implement, or do both depending on what you need.

How is time charged?
Time is tracked and invoiced monthly once a minimum amount is reached, or rolled over if not.

Is this ongoing or one-off?
Both. Some clients need occasional help, others prefer ongoing monthly support.

Will this help my business grow?
Yes – having the right tools and systems in place saves time, reduces stress, and makes your business more efficient.
